Rates include:
City tax 6 € per person per night.
Reservation Policy: Reservation will be confirmed by a down payment of the full amount.
Cancellation Policy:
Non-Refundable Rates: No refund is recognized in case of cancellation, no-show, or changes.
Refundable Rates: Until the expiry date, the full amount will be refunded. After the expiry date, a cancellation fee will apply, as reported in the offer and specified in the general conditions
Check-in:
Check-in is available after 2.00 pm.
Luggage deposit before check-in:
After 10:30 am it is possible to leave luggage in the reception area before the “check-in time” and come back after 14:00 (2:00 pm). On request, also before 10:30 am (subject to availability)
Check-out:
Check-out is required by 10.00 am.
Luggage deposit after check-out:
It is also possible to leave luggage in the reception area after the “check-out time” until 14:00. On request, also after 14:00 (subject to availability)
